Lea Tran is the founder and trademark owner of SHE Echoes Globally®.
A former Vietnamese “boat person” refugee turned scientist, author, TEDx speaker, and wealth empowerment advocate, Lea’s life embodies resilience, reinvention, and purpose.
After spending seventeen years as a research chemist, Lea stepped into her calling as a speaker and coach—helping others transform fear into fierce and reclaim their stories with confidence.
Her work blends Eastern resilience with Western boldness, inspiring women to rise through truth, courage, and lived experience.
